All heirloom sessions take place in our bright Austin studio. A child-friendly environment built around natural light, comfortable surroundings, and an unhurried pace.

We work with families across central Texas and come to every session with patience, grace, and joy. Sessions are play-based and stress-free — an experience you will enjoy as much as the portraits you take home.

considerations

before you reserve

Children from eighteen months through sixteen years. We adjust our approach for each child’s age and temperament — some are playful and quick to engage, others are more thoughtful. We meet them where they are.

Often the best portraits come from children who are quiet and observant. We never force smiles or pose rigidly. If your child needs to stay close to you, that is perfectly welcome.

Same day. Following your session, we present your gallery in studio. You will choose your images, select any heirloom products, and complete your order before leaving.

Of course. They are welcome to be in the portraits, observe quietly from the side, or bring a camera of their own. The session is for your family in whatever form that takes.

A styling guide is sent one week before your session. Generally: white, cream, or soft neutrals. Classic, timeless clothing — heirloom portraits ask for heirloom-quality dress.

Life happens. With forty-eight hours’ notice, reply to your booking confirmation or text us and we will gladly move your session to the next available date. We handle scheduling personally.
