Thinking about booking a newborn session but not sure what to expect? Don’t worry—you’re not alone! Here are the most common questions we get from new parents (and our reassuring answers):

📆 When should I book my newborn session?
We recommend booking during your second trimester. We reserve your spot based on your due date, then adjust once your baby arrives. Since we take a limited number of newborns per month, early booking ensures availability!

🗓 What if my baby comes early or late?
No problem at all! We stay flexible and only book a set number of sessions each month, so we can shift your session as needed once your baby arrives.

👶 What if my baby is over 2 weeks old?
While the first 14 days are ideal for those sleepy, curly poses, we happily photograph babies over 3 weeks old too! We adjust the session flow based on your baby’s age and temperament—older newborns bring more alert, interactive moments and just as much beauty.

🎨 What should we bring?
Nothing but yourselves (and diapers, of course)! We provide:
✔ A full studio wardrobe for baby and mom
✔ All wraps, headbands, hats, and props
✔ A warm, cozy studio to keep baby comfortable
✔ Professional hair & makeup for mom (yes, it’s included!)

📸 Do we get family photos too?
Absolutely. Our newborn experience includes portraits of the baby alone and with parents, siblings, and even pets, because this is a milestone for the whole family. 🐾💛

🖼 What happens after the session?
You’ll return to the studio for your viewing and ordering appointment, where we’ll walk you through your final images and help you choose from our custom heirloom products—albums, wall art, and more. We’ll even install your wall art for you!
